This is the part that catches most people off guard..

Or you can flip it on its head...
“There have been pockets of weakness, but they appear not to be able to bring the market down”
So perhaps the redirected question should be..
“what if the pockets of weakness simply become less weak?”
and
“what if tech which always goes up stops going down?”
